Need help with meal planning? I’ve got you covered with this delicious and healthy monthly paleo meal plan! From breakfast to dinner, every meal is covered.
Meal Planning Woes.
I’m gonna be completely honest: meal planning is a pain in the rear for me. Even though I know that it saves money, saves time, saves sanity, and I wrote a book about how to do it, I still dread doing it.
A while (long while) back, before I went grain-free, I wrote up a month-long menu for plain ol’ gluten-free. But then the GAPS Diet happened and I realized grains didn’t love me. So thence began my work on this monthly paleo meal plan.
One-Pan Pork Loin with Brussels & Apples from The Real Food RDs
A Monthly Paleo Meal Plan.
For this paleo meal plan, I collected soooo many delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners from amazing paleo bloggers around the net that I probably could’ve made this meal plan for two months! But in all honesty, that’s not necessary. When you get to the end of week four just start over at week one!
It’s that simple.
Now, with paleo, y’all know that you eat a lot of meat. Pork, chicken, seafood, beef… Nobody wants to eat beef three times a day, so I tried to spread everything out so that you don’t.
Of course, if you don’t like a certain recipe, you can switch it out for something else on the menu. Any of the breakfasts can be made for any meal you want. Heck, if you want leftover fried quinoa or Hungarian goulash for breakfast, be my guest! I’ve been known to eat soup for breakfast, too, so I won’t judge.
Also note, even though a lot of paleo people don’t consider quinoa as an allowed food, I don’t care what they say. Quinoa is awesome! If you don’t agree with me… well… you can just sub something else for those meals. 😉

A few meal planning helps.
While meal planning can definitely done the old fashioned way (with just a pan and a stove), there are a few newfangled contraptions that will prove quite useful!
- An Instant Pot. My second favorite kitchen appliance, SO useful for making delicious meals in a pinch (or not in a pinch). I use the Instant Pot Duo 6 quart 7-in-1.
- A good blender. My first favorite kitchen appliance! I know, a little out of order, but anyway… I use a Blendtec, they’re amazingly helpful
- A cast iron skillet. This is a close rival for first and/or second (I have to skillets). It’s helpful to have a 9-inch skillet for smaller things, like eggs, and a 12-inch skillet for meals.
Now that we’ve covered all of the basics (I think), I’m just gonna let y’all dig in and enjoy! If you get to a recipe and you need help subbing some ingredients, just let me know, or contact the blogger the recipe came from.
