Herbal Pumpkin Mocha from Raia’s Recipes
If you’re like, meh, I like pumpkin spice lattes, but why in the world would I want to eat pumpkins year-round? Or eat anything other than pumpkin pie? Let me tell you, it’s not only because you can make aforesaid boat load of delicious recipes with pumpkin, it’s also because they’re actually packed with wonderful nutritional value!
For instance, pumpkins are:
- full of vitamin C
- vitamin E (alpha tocopherol)
- vitamin B6
- full of carotene (which the body makes into vitamin A)
- packed with antioxidants
- full of flavonoids (like cryptoxanthin, lutein & zeaxanthin)
Some DIY tips.
