Summertime is here, my friends! And along with the heat and mosquitoes and hurricanes, comes the incessant begging of six children (belonging to yours truly) for popsicles. Daily. Not only do they want to eat them, they also want to be involved in the making of them.
So I decided I’d gather up a bunch of healthy and delicious options for them to put together and enjoy. Of course, I plan on enjoying them too…
