New year = more veggies.
I’ll admit it. I’m not one to put too much stock in New Year’s goals or resolutions. I could probably count on one hand the years I’ve made them. And on no hands the years I’ve kept them.
But one thing I try to do each and every new year is re-evaluate my food choices.
Two years ago that meant putting myself back on the GAPS Intro diet and actually sticking with the diet for the whole 1 1/2 to 2 years as recommended. It was hard, but worth it.
This year, my evaluation concluded that I need to eat more veggies. I’ve been getting a little carried away with the grain-free baked goods (chocolate muffins, anyone? or maybe some no-bake brownies?) and neglecting the goodness of vegetables.
Sneak in your veggies.
So this year I decided to try and find more ways to include them. I’ve rounded up over 40 delicious fermented veggie recipes over here, but now I’d like to introduce you to over 30 deliciously sneaky ways to include veggies in your diet!
For those of us who need a little extra help…
