Staying cool.

With summer almost upon us, there’s only one thing on most people’s minds: cooling off! Of course, there are many ways to do that, swimming, sitting under a fan, eating a popsicle or some ice cream, sticking your head in the freezer…

Or you could try one of these delicious paleo drinks I’ve rounded up for you from some of my favorite real-food bloggers!

Delicious Nourishing Paleo Drinks.

Being paleo, they’re all free from any dairy and refined sugar. Note on the sugar though, there is a section of fermented drinks that will contain sugars in their unfermented forms. But don’t worry, fermenting eats most, if not all, of the sugar in the drinks, so they’re safe!

If you’re on something more like the GAPS diet and would like to stay as far away from sugar as possible, feel free to leave the fermented section behind (though you should probably try the Beet Kvass), and move on to the others! They’re all either sweetened with honey, maple syrup, or stevia.
