A family tradition.

Way back when my husband and I instituted our family movie with pizza nights, I was unaware of my family’s history with gluten-intolerance. Since finding out I couldn’t have gluten I’ve been through the ropes of making whole wheat pizza for everyone else and a gluten-free one for myself. But since going on the GAPS diet I’ve needed something grain-free, yeast free, and dairy-free. 

So now, while my family chows down on their sourdough crusts (you can find a sourdough starter here) I can enjoy these delicious little grain-free mini pizzas all to myself!

Grain-free mini pizzas.

They’re incredibly easy to whip up, and only take a few ingredients. I like to top them with homemade sauce, fresh basil, and goat cheese from local farmer. Of course, if you don’t have a problem with conventional cheese, then use mozzarella, parmesan, or cheddar! Don’t let me hold you back. But do let me persuade you to try basil and goat cheese… it’s delicious. 😉
