This gluten-free and egg-free Rustic Cranberry Apple Galette is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, making it the perfect dessert… or breakfast.
Easier than pie.
All summer long I’ve been drooling over the beautiful savory and sweet galettes my gluten-free blogger friends have been making. So I decided it was high time I tried my hand at it. Guess what? It’s easier than a pie, and just as tasty!
Fruit = breakfast.
Although galettes technically fall more in the cake category, I’ve always considered them more of a pie. And since this ‘pie’ is full of nutritious cranberries and apples, and it’s pretty easy to whip up, it perfectly doubles as a breakfast dish. 😉
Genius, right?
Haha! But this little galette is also delicious enough for dessert! So it’s a double win!
