Breakfast… or dessert?
As I’ve mentioned before, I have a slight sweet tooth. And even though desserts are traditionally served after supper, breakfast is no stranger to dessert at my house!
Apple cobbler is one of my husband’s favorite breakfast/desserts, at with all the apple things popping up this time of year I thought I’d take the opportunity to share this delicious grain-free maple cobbler with you all. I’m sure you’ll enjoy it as much as my family does!
And if you have kiddos, this is the perfect time to get them in the kitchen helping you out! My oldest three love to help me chop apples and mix up the crust for this cobbler. And with 8 hungry mouths to feed, I certainly don’t mind the help.
