Too hot to cook? Check out these healthy no-bake breakfasts and lunches! All gluten-free, with grain-free with keto, paleo, and vegan options, as well!
No Baking, Please.
During the summer months, when the heat gets unbearable, cooking is the farthest thing from my mind. I hate turning on the stove-top or oven, and even the thought of a crockpot-cooked meal makes me sweat. My menu during the warm months usually looks a little like this:
Breakfast: smoothie
Lunch: salad
Dinner: ice cream
Yes, ice cream. Just being honest, here. Of course it’s homemade, healthy ice cream, though. 😉
If you’re on the same page as me, I collected a boatload of healthy, no-bake breakfasts and lunches to nourish you when it’s too hot to cook. Everything from grain-free smoothies, to delicious veggie-full salads and wraps.
For the dinner ice creams, you can find them over here…. 😉
