I have to admit, the first time I was faced with the task of cooking fish for dinner I was a little apprehensive. I had no idea what I was doing. But since then I’ve learned that fish can be pretty forgiving. It doesn’t take much to make a delicious meal out of a few fillets!
Salmon, whiting, halibut, trout… They’re all delicious baked in the oven with a little drizzle of olive oil. And on top of being easily delicious, fish is quite good for you, too! While each type of fish has its own health benefits, overall fish is a wonderful source of protein and vitamin D, plus omega-3 fatty acids.
