Need a healthy, delicious snack to cool your kiddos down? Give these paleo, naturally-sweetened, allergy-friendly Honey Peach Popsicles a try!
Keen for peaches.
There’s no doubt about it, peach season is one of my favorite times of year. There’s no end to the goodness in my kitchen when we bring home a fresh batch of luscious, juicy peaches!
Along with peach season comes the heat, though! And down here in the south, the heat is no joke. It usually brings along it’s BFF – humidity, too. So most of my culinary peach adventures are snacks and treats to help my family cool down.
Popping popsicles.
Besides smoothies and homemade ice cream, popsicles are one of their favorite cool-down treats! We love them in any flavor they come in: strawberry, apple pie, even real-food fudgesicles! But peach is one of my kiddos’ favorite popsicle varieties!
These little Honey Peach Popsicles are a healthy, easy treat for the summer. They’re full of delicious ingredients, making them kid-friendly, and free of unnecessary ingredients found in store-bough popsicles, making them mom-approved as well. 😉
This recipe only makes four popsicles, but it’s easy enough to double (or triple!) if you need to. You can even add in a few drops of trace minerals or magnesium powder, for an extra health-boost.
Snack attack!

Pour into popsicle molds (I like these ones) and freeze until solid.
Makes 4 popsicles.
Pin these Honey Peach Pops for later!
Yum! We are on GAPS right now (early stages) so no honey for now. But as soon as we can, these look amazing!
I’m sure they’d be delicious without the honey, too. If you get peaches at the right time they’re pretty sweet. 🙂 I hope you enjoy them when you get a chance to try them!
Hi Raia,
These sound delicious. I love making my own homemade popsicle in the summertime. They are so refreshing and healthy. Thanks for sharing on Real Food Fridays. Pinned & Tweeted
Thank you, Marla! I love having healthy and refreshing snacks for my kiddos (and hubby – haha!). 🙂
Raia, these look amazing! I’m all about natural snacks for the kids, and I JUST bought some popsicle molds. Totally trying this first with them. We have a lot in common! I love your easy gluten free recipes (I don’t do complicated or fancy recipes 😉 ), I also suddenly couldn’t have gluten after my last son was born (only instead of Celiac it’s Hashimoto’s). And my husband is a web designer too! How funny. Hope you have a great week!
That’s so great, Stefani! (Well, not the Hashimoto’s part… :p ) It’s so nice to ‘meet’ you. 😉 I hope you and your kiddos enjoy the popsicles!
These look delicious! Can’t wait to make them with my kids, Pinned 🙂
Thanks, Angela! I hope you enjoy them! 🙂
These look so good and love the nutritional punch from water kefir and honey. I’ll be featuring this recipe tomorrow on Simply Natural Saturdays.

Thank you, Stephanie! They are a great, easy treat. 😉
I can’t wait for peach season!! We had a stormy winter and it took out the blossoms on our peach tree. I will have to find peaches in the store this year to make these.
Oh sad! Our tree is just now getting blossoms on it. It will be our first year of harvest… hopefully!
I love fresh fruit pops in the warmer months. Actually, who am I kidding, I love them all year round! But there’s something nostalgic about them in the summer!
Haha! I totally understand. 😉
Peach and honey sounds like a fabulous combination!
Thanks, Julie! It is a great combo!
Peach and honey sounds so refreshing as a Popsicle. I like making my own and will be making these this summer.
I hope you enjoy them, Andrea!
This is a snack that I know my daughter will love! Definitely trying these out this week!
