A year-round treat.
While you might think that popsicles are a wonderful summertime treat (and you’d be right), they’re not reserved for summer at my house. That’s right, my crazy kids will regularly ask me to make them popsicles year-round! Good thing we live in the south, where it doesn’t really ever get cold enough to say no…
Some of our favorite homemade popsicle varieties include…
- Apple Pie Popsicles
- Honey Peach Popsicles
- Coconut & Watermelon Popsicle
- Real Food Fudgesicles (not popsicles technically, I know, but they’re delicious!)
Strawberry Coconut Popsicles
These Strawberry Coconut Popsicles are also some of our favorites! With only a few real-food ingredients that you’ll likely have on hand in your kitchen, they’re a delicious and healthy snack.

Such a fun recipe! I love those popsicle molds too … what a fun idea that there is a straw to drink the melted yumminess from.
Thanks, Emily! I agree, they’re pretty fun molds. No waste. 🙂

This Popsicle sound so refreshing for a hot summer day. I love making my own popsicles out of healthy ingredients just like these. The magnesium is sure an extra healthy boost. Thanks for sharing on Real Food Fridays.
