Ever since my family got our trusty blender, homemade soft serve has been a favorite meal treat. This easy, simple Honey Kiwi Soft Serve is a new favorite. Light and healthy, it’s perfect for summer!
A fruity favorite.
Kiwi are not a fruit I regularly buy at the market. Even though my family devours them with delight, they’re sooo expensive.
When we do happen to have them in the house, one of our favorite ways to use them is in smoothies, but this past time around I decided to step it up a notch and make them into ice cream. It was a hit!
A little green powerhouse.
Seeing as this soft serve is full of kiwi, that makes it full of vitamins C (five times as much as an orange!), B6, K, and E, as well as omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, folate, and manganese. These nutritious facts means that this treat is also a great immune-booster!

WOW! I just caught this over on the Peeled Wellness link-up. This looks amazing! I have to give it a try. Seeing as it’s going to be in the 90s in NYC all week, no time like the present, I suppose. 😉
Thanks, Allison! I hope you enjoy it. 🙂
Even though I am freezing at the moment I would still eat ice cream – Love it! This looks beautiful… kiwi, honey, coconut milk… sounds great!
Thanks, Rhona! Ice cream is always on my mind, too, no matter how cold it is. 😉
