These all say comfort food to me. And Eat Beautiful | Grain-Free, Sugar-Free and Loving It!, a cookbook by Megan Stevens, has all these and more. From pancakes and waffles to chocolate cake and ice creams, if there’s one thing this cookbook definitely is, it’s beautiful.
Just look at that cake! How could you say no? And remember those aforementioned chocolate chip cookies? There’s four versions of them in here (four!) including a version for vegans and nut-free-ers. What more could a grain-free foodie ask for?
