Need a quick and easy breakfast? How ’bout something that tastes gourmet, but you just make in your blender? This Banana Nut Butter Pudding is for you!
Banana Nut Butter Pudding.
While I’m not too picky when it comes to food, since I do have to make it I like it to fit into a few certain criteria. Namely I like it to be easy, with only a few ingredients, tasty, and… dessert.
Kidding. Sort of. I do really enjoy a good, healthy dessert, and I also enjoy a good healthy breakfast. And I enjoy when those two things are combined. Like in pudding.
This banana nut butter pudding has only a few ingredients and no cooking. Ergo it’s a go-to breakfast and dessert in our house! If you want the easy recipe, head on over to Delicious Obsessions, where I’m sharing the recipe!

This looks perfect! I wonder if some coconut milk whipped cream would complement it well?
Thanks, Kelley! I don’t know that there’s much of anything coconut milk whipped cream wouldn’t complement… Haha! I’d definitely give it a try on top of this pudding. 🙂
