Though it sounds like a mouthful, this garlic and dill baked flounder in browned butter is sure to make even the simplest cook feel like a gourmet chef!
Baked Flounder in Browned Butter.
Truth be told, as much as I love fish, my family is not the biggest on the dish. They love salmon, and a few of them are tuna fans, but white fish like talapia and flounder arenβt their faves. But I have a simple little trick up my sleeve to get my family eating fish happily:
butter.
You could probably add butter to anything and my family would down it without complaint. But browning the butter adds and even deeper flavor. And pairing garlic and dill with the browned butter takes it to the next level!
Simple and delicious.
This simple dish is flakey, delicious, and easy to prepare. And since wild-caught, cold-water fish are full of nutrition Iβm always happy to put it on the menu. If you wanna see your family downing fish too, head on over to Naturally Loriel and get the recipe!
