A Gluten-Free Interview :: Rolling Out Dough | RaiasRecipes.com

Hey everyone I am so happy to be guest posting today on Raia’s Recipes. I love all of the amazing recipes and helpful information that Raia shares.

I started my blog Rolling Out Dough a few months after going gluten free in 2011. I was sick and undiagnosed for 12 years before going gluten free. I had chronic stomach issues, been diagnosed with IBS, had horrible migraines and many more symptoms. After my son was born things took a turn for the worst and I knew despite what the doctors told me what I was living was not normal. I went off gluten and started to notice big changes. After being sick for so many years being gluten free has been life changing.

A little bit about me: I have a three year-old son and have been married for seven wonderful years. I love to read, get a good deal and have an addiction to cooking shows. Ironically I watch Cupcake Wars at the gym.

One of the reasons I started my blog was because I felt like a lot of the recipes for gluten free food were just not realistic. I had a newborn at the time and just needed easy and affordable recipes. I started to convert a lot of recipes and also started searching out how to stay on a tight budget while eating gluten free. By the way I have a major sweet tooth and love all food sweet, baked and filled with chocolate so I share have a lot of dessert recipes. To give you an idea of what I write about I am sharing of my of blog’s most popular posts with you. Thank you so much for reading I hope this helps you with your gluten free journey.
