Peach Tea & Banana Iced Latte

I know lattes usually have espresso in them, but I’m allergic to coffee. I also can’t have a lot of dairy, so there’s no steamed milk here either….

Yeah, life is hard.

Peach Tea & Banana Iced Latte
Free of dairy and sugar.

  1. 2 very ripe bananas
  2. 2 c. iced/chilled peach tea
  3. 1 t. grass-fed gelatin
  4. 1 t. vanilla (I like to make my own)
  5. 2 c. ice
  1. Pour tea into blender and sprinkle with gelatin. Let set for a few minutes, until softened. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth and frothy.
  1. Makes about 3 servings.
