Since having to go dairy-free while nursing, I use a lot of coconut milk. And store bought canned or boxed stuff just isn’t me. Why buy something overpriced and full of unnecessary ingredients when you can make it yourself?

 
It’s really pretty easy, but when I’m done making it, I’m left with a soggy mound of coconut meal. What do I do with that?
 
Make coconut flour, of course! Pretty simple – and super cheap!
