Easy Chocolate Dip {with a sneaky secret ingredient!}

Easy Chocolate Dip by Raia's Recipes

I originally made this recipe up as a frosting for a cake I was making for a friend’s birthday party. I couldn’t stop eating eating, so I started brainstorming ways to make that addiction a little healthier than on top of a cake. (Not that cakes can’t be healthy. . . .)

Enter the wonderful apple. Slice, dip, consume, repeat. No guilt.  ; )

{Easy Chocolate Dip}
Free of grain, gluten, eggs, dairy & refined sugar.

2 c. sprouted, cooked, and peeled garbanzo beans
1/4 c. coconut oil
2 T. dairy-free chocolate, melted (optional)
1 T. vanilla (I like to make my own!)
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. applesauce
1/4 t. salt
Blend. If using as a frosting, use right away. If using as a dip, refrigerate a little before using. Store leftovers in the fridge.
