Just the real thing.

Growing up, pudding was a super special treat. Coming from a rather crunchy-before-it-was-cool family, my mom never would have dreamed of feeding her family boxed or pre-made pudding. Oh, no. The only time I ever had that was at a friend’s house, and that was a very rare thing.
 
Pudding was only ever to be homemade, from real ingredients like goat’s milk, whole grain flours, and maple syrup or honey. 
 
And it was always delicious.

An easy switch.

Nowadays, since giving up most whole grain flour, and looking for something that doesn’t require me to stand by the stove stirring constantly, I’ve opted for super quick and easy.
 
Case in point, this Dark Chocolate & Peanut Butter Pudding.
 
Simple gather a few ingredients, dump them in a blender (I use this one), puree until smooth, and enjoy. Easy peasy, and incredibly delicious.
 
As a matter of fact, this pudding is so delicious, it’s practically a dessert. But ya know me, I’m gonna eat it for breakfast. ‘Cause that’s the best time to have dessert… 😉

Dark Chocolate & Peanut Butter Pudding

Free of grain, gluten, eggs, dairy & refined sugar.

Ingredients

2 bananas
1/3 c. peanut butter or creamy almond
2 heaping T. honey, I suggest using local
1 T. coconut oil
2 heaping T. cocoa powder
dash sea salt
1/2 t. cinnamon

Instructions

Place everything in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Makes 1 large, hungry-mommy serving, or two regular-sized servings. 😉
