Just the real thing.
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding.
Options.
I usually make this pudding with two things that I always have on hand: peanut butter and bananas. But if you aren’t into either of those, they’re both easily replaced. You can use any ol’ nut butter in place of peanut butter. Almond butter works really well, for paleo or peanut-free people, and you could use something else like walnut butter, too.
If you’re not into bananas, my favorite sub is pre-cooked sweet potatoes or pumpkin puree. Now, if I were going to use sweet potatoes instead, I would probably just make my paleo chocolate sweet potato smoothie bowl. It’s not a pudding, per se, but it’s pretty close texture-wise. And it’s also a delicious dessert for breakfast kinda meal. But if you want to just simply sub the sweet potato for bananas in this recipe, it’s delicious. The two bananas equal about 1 cup of mashed banana, so when subbing just make sure you use an equal amount of sweet potato puree or pumpkin.

I just finished making this and it is delicious! I had to (carefully) lick my blender clean!
