If you follow this blog with any regularity, you’ve probably noticed that there are only a few things I truly love more than chocolate – two of them happen to be in these tasty little bites.
Yep, you guessed it: peanut butter and coconut.
Mixed together in a soft, chewy bite of healthy goodness, these little guys (or girls?) are hard to resist. I was going to save some of them for later…
