For my birthday this year my mother-in-law sent me this nifty little doughnut maker. It’s like a waffle iron, only with doughnuts.
It is a HUGE hit with my kids. 🙂
If you don’t have a doughnut maker thing, I would suggest using a mini doughnut pan. It should work out fine, though I haven’t tried it.
Feel free to frost these little guys if you want. I didn’t because I was feeding them to my kids for breakfast. I’m sure that cinnamon sugar or cream cheese or peanut butter would be lovely on them. 🙂

Thanks for posting at Healing With Food Friday. You are a featured post for this next week.
Also glad you linked to how to make coconut flour as I do use that alot but have not yet tried making my own. Pinned both posts for later reference too.
Haha! Thanks Jennifer! I'm always glad to share. 😉 Making your own coconut flour really does save so much money!
These were a big hit for my four boys! Had to use maple syrup as I was super low on honey(yikes!) and used gelatin in place of guar gum. Fantastic, thank you 🙂
So glad you and your family enjoyed them, Shannon! Thanks so much for letting me know? 🙂 Glad to hear gelatin worked well in place of the guar gum. 🙂
