Whip up this paleo and GAPS-friendly Dark Chocolate Banana Milkshake for a quick summertime treat! With only a few ingredients, it’s sure to become a go-to for chocolate lovers.
Fiendishly delicious.
In case you didn’t know, I’m a dark chocolate fiend. So fiendish, in fact, is my love for chocolate that I actually eat cocoa powder straight from the can…. while my husband shakes his head in wonder.
I don’t always remember loving chocolate so much, but I do know that the older I get, the darker I like my chocolate. Don’t bother me with that milk chocolate nonsense. Just give me a bar of 100% pure baker’s chocolate.
All the chocolate goodness.
You can always feel free to join me in my dark chocolate love. I’ve got just about any recipe you want dark chocolate-ified. Here are a few of my favorites…

Dark Chocolate Banana Milkshake
If you’re worried (based on my cocoa eating habits) that this milkshake will be too dark for you, don’t. The honey and ripe bananas give it enough sweetness for even my milk-chocolate-loving husband to enjoy it.
In fact, my husband loves this milkshake so much that he will even ask for it when he’s craving a quick dessert. And his usual dessert go-to is ice cream, so that tells you how much he enjoys this milkshake!

Thanks, Sarah! I hope you get to enjoy it!
This is such an amazing and delicious drink. My kids to relish it all.
Looks and sounds so refreshing and delicious! I love chocolate and banana together!
I adore milkshake, I don’t really have a sweet tooth but I’m always down for something like this, it sounds delicious.
I quit caffeine some time ago so I am all for including more dark chocolate in my diet plan! This looks like an excellent low caffeine beverage I can try. Thank you!
