Every mom’s dream.
Cinnamon Yogurt Banana Bread
With only a few simple, gluten-free ingredients, there’s nothing super complicated about it. And if you can’t have dairy, you can use coconut yogurt in place of the regular yogurt. (If you can have dairy, I suggest making your own yogurt for this and any recipe! It’s super easy, especially if you make it in the Instant Pot…)
Like pretty much everything I make, it’s super easy to whip up. The hardest part is waiting the almost 50 minutes for it to come out of the oven…

I love the sound of this bread…and I bet it just smells HEAVENLY when it is baking! I hope you'll drop by and share this with BYOB- Bake Your Own Bread this month (http://www.girlichef.com/2012/08/byob-bakeyourownbread-august-12.html), we're ALWAYS looking for more gluten-free contributions! =)
Thanks Heather! I went and linked up. 🙂
Hi Raia – thanks so much for coming over and sharing your lovely loaf! Hope you bring more bread to the BYOB basket in the future. =)
It can be very hard to safely make things for playdates with my kids friends due to allergy issues. This loaf looks perfect and delicious for little people (and big!) to enjoy safely. Thank you for sharing this with BYOB.
Always love a good banana bread for breakfast. I’m so interested to try this gluten-free version. I bet it must be so tender with the yogurt in it.
It is quite delicious and tender. 🙂 I hope you get to enjoy it!
Love the combo of cinnamon and banana! Great flavors in this bread

I totally agree, especially with the smell in the morning. SO GOOD!!
I can’t believe that this is gluten free!! Whenever I try making gluten free bread it ends up looking so gross 🙁
Aw, thanks. Haha. Banana bread was the first thing I required myself to learn when I went gluten-free. A good banana bread recipe is a must!
Love the flavors in this bread. Could eat this for breakfast!
It makes a wonderful breakfast, Andrea!
