When I looked at the leftover cantaloupe in my fridge and thought about making a smoothie out of it, I was a little hesitant, I’ll admit. But, boy, am I glad I went for it! This Peachy Keen Smoothie is a wonderful thing! 🙂

Peachy Keen Smoothie
Free of gluten, dairy & refined sugar.

  1. 2 c. cantaloupe
  2. 1/2 c. plain coconut yogurt (or regular if you're not dairy-free)
  3. 1 t. vanilla extract (I like to make my own)
  4. 2 c. frozen peaches or nectarines
  5. 1/2 c. fruit juice or coconut milk
  1. Place everything in a blender (I like to use my Blendtec!) with the ice on top, and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
