Nothing saves a hot summer day more quickly than a ice cream. 

And when that ice cream is healthy, homemade, and free of all major allergens (read: dairy, eggs, nuts, grains, etc.) you really can’t go wrong! This tasty treat fulfills all those requirements and is always a hit in my house.

Fresh 'N Fruity Blender Ice Cream
Free of grain, gluten, eggs, dairy & sugar.

  1. 12 oz. coconut milk (I like to make my own)
  2. 1 unfrozen banana
  3. 1 frozen banana
  4. 1/2 c. chopped mango
  5. 8 whole frozen strawberries
  6. 1/4 c. dairy-free chocolate of choice (optional, but I like to use these)
  1. Place all ingredients in high-powered blender (this is the one I use) with softer ingredients on bottom, and blend on high until sooth.
  2. Eat right away.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers for a smoothie later, or freeze and re-blend for more ice cream.
  1. Makes 2 large servings.
