Baking Powder Biscuits {Gluten & Egg Free}

1 c. garbanzo bean flour
1/2 c. tapioca flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 t. salt
1 t. guar gum
1 T. flax meal
1 T. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. milk

Preheating oven to 425. Whisk together dry ingredients and cut in butter until pea-sized crumbs appear. Stir in milk to form a ball. Break off small handfuls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
