Chocolate-Strawberry Blender Ice Cream by Raia's Recipes

This is one of my favorite and most popular recipes. If you can call it a recipe. : ) It’s soooo easy, tasty, and so much better for you than regular ice cream – no need to feel guilty stuffing your face enjoying your treat!

{Chocolate-Strawberry Blender Ice Cream}
Free of gluten, eggs and dairy.

1/2 c. milk of choice (I like to use my homemade coconut milk)
1/2 c. dairy-free chocolate chips
8 large frozen strawberries
6 ice cubes
1 T. cocoa powder

Pour milk in the bottom of a high-powered blender (I used my vita-mix). Melt half the chocolate chips and add, along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend on high for about 2 minutes, using a tamper to push ice and strawberries down into the blades. Eat immediately.

Note: Don’t freeze the leftovers – they will turn into a brick! Instead stick leftovers in the fridge and eat as a smoothie later on!
