2 T. chia seeds
1/2 c. hot water
1 apple, cut into eighths
1/4 c. coconut
1 c. fruit juice (I used orange-peach-mango blend)
about 16 large ice cubes
In cup combine the chia seeds and hot water. Let stand for a few minutes until gelled. Place all ingredients in blender with ice on top. Blend on high for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
