Full of creamy, smooth goodness from cream, milk, and fresh egg yolks, and enough chocolate to satisfy any chocolate-lover. 
Easy Chocolate Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Free of grain & gluten.

Ingredients
  1. 3/4 c. evaporated cane juice
  2. 1/4 c. cocoa powder
  3. 2 c. cream (I just used regular whipping cream)
  4. 2 c. raw or whole milk
  5. 2 pastured, organic egg yolks
  6. 1 c. chocolate chips, chopped up (I like these)
Instructions
  1. Blend cocoa powder in blender on high to break up all the chunks. (Here's the blender I use.)
  2. Add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and puree until well combined.
  3. Pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's directions for ice cream. (I use this handy ice cream maker attachmentfor my Kitchen Aid mixer.)
  4. When ice cream is almost done mixing add chocolate chips.
  5. So simple and so yummy!
