Chocolate Nut Butter Fudge

Chocolate Nut Butter Fudge | free of grain, gluten, eggs, and dairy |

{Chocolate Nut Butter Fudge}
Free of grain, gluten and eggs, with dairy-free option.

1 1/2 c. nut butter (almond or peanut)
1/2 c. honey
2 T. butter or coconut oil
3/4 c. dairy-free chocolate chips
1/4 t. salt
1 t. vanilla extract (I like to make my own)

Combine all ingredients except vanilla and stir over med-low heat until chocolate chips and butter/coconut oil are melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into greased 9×9 inch pan. Refrigerate until set. Cut and serve. Store in sealed container in the fridge.
