This real food Walnut Roca is a holiday favorite! Made with simple ingredients you’re sure to have on hand, it’s a fun twist on a classic holiday treat that you’re sure to love it too!

A holiday favorite.

Almost every year, this special Walnut Roca is made in my household around the holidays. It’s a favorite of my father-in-law, so when we lived in the same state it was quite often his Christmas present from me.
In fact, my father-in-law is the reason that I first made this recipe. I found out that he loved almond roca one year, and decided to make him some for a gift. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any almonds on hand, but I did have walnuts! So the traditional almond roca became walnut roca!
It’s a delicious twist on the old favorite. And of course I have to make enough to keep some for myself. You know… make sure it’s safe, and all. 😉

More delicious candies.

I’m not a huge candy fan, but I do love a good homemade treat every now and again. These homemade, real food, candies are all delicious options, if you’re looking for a healthier option.
