Yes, even though smoothies are usually more of a breakfast staple in my house, every now and again, someone will ask for a smoothie for a treat, and I’m more than happy to oblige. How can I say no when they ask for something as easy and nourishing as a smoothie?
Since pumpkin everything is in season once again (though I’m fine with it year-round!) I’ve taken two of my favorite things – smoothies and eggnog – and paired them with pumpkin to come up with a delicious smoothie that’s perfect for a treat or breakfast! It’s full of nourishing vitamins and healthy fats, so you don’t need to feel guilty indulging. 😉
