#1. Death by Chocolate Paleo Blender Brownies

Easy and super rich, these were a favorite of family and friends this past year.

These simple little treats were a favorite snack of my kiddos this past summer (well, I loved them, too). With only a few ingredients, I didn’t mind giving them a rather steady supply. 😉

I must confess, we might have had these for dinner a few times… Don’t judge, you know you’re just jealous.

Angel food cake has long been a birthday tradition in my family. I was so glad to be able to figure out this gluten-free version so that we can enjoy it once again!

This may have been another something my family and I enjoyed for dinner a few times over the year… Hey, there’s apples in it, so it’s healthy!

I’m not the biggest fan of desserts with refined sugar in them, but every now and again I find something that makes the occasional use worth it. The brownies are one of those things (so’s that angel food cake).

These were a hit over the ridiculously hot summer months, but I’m pretty sure they’re worthy of making any time of year. 😉

I have two serious foodie loves: dessert (no way, right?) and breakfast. These are easy and delicious enough to fill both those categories.

I actually can’t take credit for this delicious recipe. It came from The Essential Gluten-Free Cookie Guide by my friend Brianna over at Flippin’ Delicious. You should make it and then go tell her how amazing it is. 🙂
