Any slow cooker lovers out there? I’ve sure become one in the past few years since becoming a mom! They’re great for when you’re short on time, or when you just want to have a less stressful day. 🙂

Some of my favorite things to do in my slow cooker (besides make homemade stock out of my leftover meat bones) are my family’s favorite white chili, and this roast. In the morning I stick it in frozen and by dinner time it’s perfect!

  1. Every time I use my slow cooker I think “Why do I not use this more often?!” I love my slow cooker for roasts too, but never thought about sticking it in there frozen! That’s crazy that it thaws and cooks perfectly for you. I’ll have to try that sometime. We do love roast in our house… Such a quick, delicious meal.
