I love this cake.
Really, I do. It’s so easy to whip up in the morning for breakfast, and it’s healthy enough that I don’t mind making it for my crazy kids. And they think they’re getting a special treat having “cake” for breakfast….
Easy Applesauce Breakfast Cake
Free of gluten, eggs, dairy & sugar.

- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Combine applesauce, flax, chia, honey and vanilla. Mix well until creamy and set aside.
- In separate bowl, whisk remaining ingredients together. Stir in applesauce mixture until no dry ingredients remain. Immediately pour into prepared dish and smooth out lightly with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes. Enjoy!
